Manchester United forward Antony is expected to travel to Spain for a medical with Real Betis.
An agreement has been reached between the clubs for his permanent sale for a total of £21.7m (€25m).
The figure is broken up into an initial £19m (€22m) payment plus £4.3m in add-ons.
There is also a 50 per cent net sell-on in the deal.
There are not expected to be any further issues regarding player compensation and personal terms.
A slight restructure from Friday’s initial agreement has been made.
Antony is understood to be taking a pay cut to join the LaLiga side.
Antony cost Manchester United £86m from Ajax in 2022, so it will be a £64.3m loss on the winger
