Oyo State House of Assembly has commended Governor Seyi Makinde for giving priority to the development of the state through various ongoing infrastructural projects.
The house gave the commendation following a motion presented by a Lawmaker representing Akinyele 2 constituency, Hon Olatunde Kehinde at the floor of the house.
Olamiposi Ishola who covered the plenary reported that the house also received the report of the committee on lands , Housing and survey on its oversight visits to Existing and New GRAs in the state.
Hon Olatunde Kehinde representing Akinyele 2 constituency in a motion commended Governor Seyi Makinde for the face lift of Agodi secretariat flyover and other infrastructural development in the state. He further pleaded for similar gesture at the Molete Bridge for Improved Aesthetic Environment.
According to the lawmaker, the present administration under the leadership of Governor Makinde has changed the look of the state capital through various ongoing infrastructural projects.
The Speaker Hon Adebo Ogundoyin and other lawmakers in their separate contributions lauded the state government for its giant strides in all sectors across the state urging government to give adequate attention to Molete Bridge.
