There was commotion at the All Progressives Congress (APC) Secretariat in Acme, Lagos, on Wednesday afternoon when Kolade Alabi, Chairman of Bariga Local Government and National President of ALGON, collapsed while addressing party stakeholders.

LAGOS EYE NEWS gathered that emergency responders at the venue acted swiftly, rushing Alabi to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention.

Eyewitnesses described the incident as “terrifying” and “deeply unsettling,” causing momentary panic among the attendees, all of whom were APC members and key stakeholders.

Although official details on his condition remain limited, multiple sources confirmed that Alabi regained consciousness shortly after the incident.

Party members have since expressed relief over the development and extended prayers for his speedy and complete recovery.
