The Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mayor Dele Oshinowo, has extended his congratulations to Hon. Tola Oyetola Abubakar on her emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship candidate for the forthcoming local government elections.
