The Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has commenced a manhunt for a yet-to-be-identified individual caught on video illegally dumping refuse at the Alapere Link Bridge.

Lagos Eye News reports that the suspect, believed to be a repeat offender, was captured on camera by a LAWMA field officer on Monday, with support from a local trader.

The vehicle used in the act has been identified by its license plate number: Venza (LAGOS – AKD-171-JE). LAWMA officials suspect the individual may have been engaging in similar illegal activities for several months.
