Tottenham Hotspur have officially announced the appointment of Thomas Frank as their new Head Coach, putting an end to days of speculation and ushering in a new chapter for the north London club.
In an official statement released on Thursday, the club said:
“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Thomas Frank as our new Head Coach on a contract that runs until 2028. Welcome Thomas!”
The announcement comes shortly after the dismissal of former manager Ange Postecoglou, with Frank widely tipped to be the club’s preferred choice in recent days.
Frank, 50, brings Premier League experience to the Spurs dugout, having managed Brentford since 2018. Under his leadership, the Bees secured promotion to the top flight and have maintained their Premier League status, achieving two top-half finishes in the last three seasons.

Tottenham’s hierarchy are believed to have been long-time admirers of the Danish manager, particularly impressed by his ability to nurture young talent and implement a progressive style of play.
Frank’s appointment signals a strategic shift for Spurs as they look to rebuild and contend more strongly in domestic and European competitions in the coming seasons.
