Hon. Ojelabi described the visit as a solemn gesture to express the party’s collective grief and solidarity with the royal family and the larger community mourning the loss of a devoted public servant.

“The passing of Prince Musibau is a profound loss to our progressive family. He was more than a council chairman—he was a committed leader and a beloved son of the soil whose contributions to community development will not be forgotten,” Ojelabi said.

During the visit, the APC delegation conveyed their heartfelt condolences to Oba Ashafa and assured him of the unwavering support of the progressive family during this time of mourning.

The chairman emphasized the importance of unity and compassion in moments of grief, reaffirming the party’s commitment to the well-being of the community.

The delegation also proceeded to Prince Musibau’s country home, where they met with his immediate family.

Hon. Ojelabi reassured the bereaved family of continued support, promising that the late chairman’s legacy of service and dedication to grassroots development would be upheld.
