TVC Communications has announced the resignation of Morayo Afolabi-Brown, Managing Director of TVC Entertainment and host of the flagship daytime show Your View. Her final day with the organization is scheduled for Thursday, August 29, 2025.

In a statement issued by the company’s Manager of PR, Corporate Communications & Marketing, Edward Akintara, Morayo’s departure comes after 12 impactful years leading Your View, a platform that has become a staple for all-women discourse on television.

According to the statement, her decision to step down is driven by a long-standing passion project she is now ready to fully pursue.

“Morayo’s decision to step down after 12 remarkable years as host of Your View is driven by her desire to pursue a long-held passion project that she has nurtured over time,” the statement read.

“We celebrate her for the incredible impact she has made, not only on Your View, but also to millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond.”

Under her leadership, Your View grew into one of Nigeria’s most influential talk shows, shaping public conversations and empowering women across the nation. Her presence on the show, coupled with her executive leadership within TVC Entertainment, has earned her national recognition and admiration.

While her departure marks the end of an era, TVC Communications reassured audiences that Your View remains strong and will continue to deliver the quality and relevance its viewers expect.

“Morayo will be dearly missed, however, the show remains strong,” the statement added. “We thank Morayo for her years of service, impact and inspiration, and we wish her the very best in this new and exciting chapter.”

The company also called on the public and media to continue to support and respect Morayo as she transitions into this new phase of her career.

Morayo Afolabi-Brown’s legacy at TVC Communications, according to the management, will endure, and she will always remain a cherished member of the TVC family.
