Workers of the Kwara Garment Factory on Monday staged a peaceful protest over what they described as unfair salary deductions and poor working conditions.

The aggrieved staff, who gathered at the factory premises, demanded the immediate stoppage of the deductions and called for better welfare packages.

As of the time of filing this report, the protest remained peaceful, with security operatives closely monitoring the situation.
