Nigeria Governors’ Forum Mourns Victims of Ondo Aircraft Crash |LAGOS EYE NEWS

The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) has expressed deep sorrow over the aircraft crash involving a Nigerian Air Force aircraft in Igbokoda, Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State.

In a statement signed by the Director of Media and Strategic Communications, Yunusa Tanko Abdullahi, NGF Chairman and Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, conveyed the Forum’s condolences to the families of the deceased personnel.

The Forum also extended its sympathies to the leadership of the Nigerian Air Force and the entire Armed Forces of Nigeria following the tragic incident.

The governors commended the military personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty, describing their sacrifice, bravery and dedication to national security as worthy of remembrance.

The NGF prayed for strength and comfort for the bereaved families and colleagues of the fallen personnel.
