The Lagos State Police Command has appealed to members of the public for assistance in reuniting an 83-year-old man, Mr. Oriowo Gabriel, with his family.

According to the Command, the elderly man was found by a good Samaritan and taken into protective custody at the Ipaja Police Division, where he is currently safe and receiving proper care.

The Police disclosed that efforts to locate his relatives have so far been unsuccessful. Officers visited the addresses provided by Mr. Gabriel, but no one at the location was able to identify him or provide information about his family.

The Command is therefore calling on anyone who knows Mr. Oriowo Gabriel or has any information that could help trace his family or loved ones to contact the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) at the Ipaja Police Division to facilitate his reunion with his relatives.
