Bevuk Dokgak Ishaya, the tricycle (Keke) rider who gained widespread attention for celebrating Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s birthday by offering free rides to commuters, has received a brand-new Keke along with financial support for his wife’s business.

The Plateau State Government fulfilled its promise during a presentation ceremony held today at the Government House in Jos.

The Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Musa Ashoms, who handed over the gift on behalf of the governor, praised Bevuk’s enthusiasm and loyalty.

He highlighted how the rider’s public display of support resonated with many and underscored the government’s appreciation for its citizens.

In addition to the new Keke, Bevuk’s wife was presented with a cash gift of ₦500,000 to boost her business.

Expressing his gratitude, Bevuk thanked Governor Mutfwang and his administration for the generous gesture, stating that the new tricycle would significantly improve his livelihood. His wife also appreciated the financial support, emphasizing its impact on her business and their family’s well-being.
