Popular Nollywood actress, Motilola Akinlami, has announced that her long-standing conflict with her boss, Kunle Afod, has finally been resolved.
Recall that about two years ago, the actress took to social media to publicly accuse the filmmaker of allegedly blocking her from getting movie roles, a situation that stirred controversy within the industry at the time.
In a recent update, Motilola revealed that peace has now been restored following an intervention by respected colleagues, including Femi Adebayo and Adebayo Tijani.
According to her, investigations during their reconciliation meeting uncovered that certain individuals had been fueling the misunderstanding between her and Afod, taking advantage of the communication gap between both parties.
Motilola confirmed that there is no longer any bad blood, noting that their relationship has been mended.
She also expressed gratitude to those who facilitated the reconciliation, assuring fans that she will keep them updated as things progress.
