The Benue State Government has announced the death of its Head of Service, Dr. Moses Agbogbo Ode, who passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026, after a brief illness.
In an official statement released by the Secretary to the State Government, Serumun Deborah Aber, the government described the late Dr. Ode as a distinguished technocrat and a highly respected figure in the state’s public service.
According to the statement, his sudden demise represents a significant loss to the state, particularly to the civil service where he was known for his professionalism, diligence, and unwavering commitment.
