The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the printing of examination slips for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has commenced, urging all registered candidates to immediately print their slips ahead of the nationwide examination.
In a notice issued by JAMB management on Thursday, candidates were informed that the examination slip contains vital details including the examination venue, date, and time, and serves as the official pass for entry into the examination hall.
“Attention 2026 UTME Candidates: This is to notify you that Examination Slip Printing is now available. ”
“The slip contains details of the venue, date and time of your examination and gives you access to the examination hall. Kindly visit our website at jamb.gov.ng,” the board stated.
The 2026 UTME is scheduled to hold from Thursday, April 16 to Saturday, April 25, 2026, according to the official JAMB timetable.
The board had earlier fixed Saturday, March 28, 2026, for the Mock UTME, which serves as a preparatory test for candidates ahead of the main examination.
Candidates are advised to print theirslips early, verify their assigned centres carefully, and visit their examination venues ahead of time to avoid last-minute confusion on exam day.
