APC Aspirant Sadis Buba Withdraws from Sabon Gari Reps Race |LAGOS EYE NEWS

A frontline aspirant for the Sabon Gari Federal Constituency seat under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, Mahmud Sadis Buba, has officially withdrawn from the race for the House of Representatives ahead of the party’s nomination process.

In a letter addressed to the Kaduna State Chairman of the APC on Saturday, Buba said his decision followed ongoing reconciliation efforts initiated by party stakeholders and leaders aimed at fostering unity within the party.

According to him, the decision was reached after extensive consultations with his family, political associates, and stakeholders within the APC.

He noted that supporting a single candidate had become necessary to strengthen the party’s chances of victory in the general election and ensure continued development in the constituency and Kaduna State.

Buba expressed appreciation to Uba Sani and the Kaduna APC leadership for the opportunity to participate in the nomination process, describing the experience as enriching. He also thanked his supporters and constituents for their encouragement throughout the exercise.

He reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC, stressing that his withdrawal should be seen as a sacrifice made in the interest of party unity rather than a sign of weakness.

Buba pledged to work for the success of the party’s consensus candidate and urged his supporters to remain calm, united, and fully support the APC’s decision ahead of the elections.
