LNSA Boosts Security Capacity Through Intelligence Seminar Participation |LAGOS EYE NEWS

The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) has strengthened its operational capacity following its participation in a Security and Intelligence Seminar organized by the Societal Concerns Organization.

The seminar, aimed at enhancing public safety across Nigeria, focused on community-based security strategies and the application of drone technology in intelligence gathering, surveillance, and rapid response operations. Participants were also trained in risk assessment, inter-agency collaboration, and the integration of modern technological tools into traditional security frameworks.

Speaking after the event, the General Manager of LNSA, Ifalade Ajasa Oyekan, commended the organizers for delivering an impactful programme. He noted that the knowledge acquired would significantly improve the agency’s effectiveness and overall service delivery.

He emphasized that equipping personnel with both community engagement skills and technological expertise reflects a comprehensive approach to security. According to him, the initiative combines grassroots intelligence with advanced surveillance systems to enhance safety operations.

Oyekan further reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to leveraging both community participation and modern technology in safeguarding lives and property across Lagos State.
