The political atmosphere in Lagos State received another boost of progressive solidarity as the Executive Chairman of Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government, Hon. Olalekan Olu Akindipe, joined other local government chairmen and party stakeholders in accompanying Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat to the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja for the submission of his nomination forms.

Under the leadership of Chairman Akindipe, Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government has continued to position itself as a strong base of progressive politics in Lagos State, pledging total support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, APC governorship consensus candidate Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, and other candidates of the party.
